When I have sent your quote over to you and you confirm that you would like to go ahead with the booking, the 20% non-refundable deposit will need to be paid in order to secure your date in my diary.
Wedding previews are an additional cost on top of the wedding day. I really recommend that at a minimum the Bride has a preview in order to trial different styles and confirm exactly what you want for your day. If other party members do not wish to have a trial, they need to be clear on the day what they are having done as there will be no time factored into the morning to try multiple styles. Previews will be sent with your wedding day quote should you wish to add this.
If you need to change the date of your wedding, I can transfer your deposit to a new date subject to the date being available. Should the new date not be available, the booking fee is non-refundable as I would have turned others down for your original date.

If you need to amend your booking, for example, the number of people having their hair done, this needs to be done before 2 months in advance.
